Hatirjheel (হাতিরঝিল) is located at the middle point of Dhaka city surrounding 302 acre. It is a project by the government of Bangladesh, started in 2007 and had a promised to finished in 2010. Although it was finished in 2013. This project was taken to decrease the suffering from traffic jam of the citizen of Dhaka city. It was so dirty and unhealthy before this project.
Now a days people comes form different place in Hatirjheel to take a fresh breath.In any occasion it become a central place to enjoy.
